SUNDAY'S MILE CHAMPIONSHIPS
3/09/2008 | Last Sunday, as promised, the weather was perfect for running with a downhill course and a helpful tail wind, what more could you want? As we jogged up to the start line several comments were made about the uphill and the strong wind we were all struggling into, we took comfort in the fact that all would be well in the actual race.
PIRATES SAIL INTO THE GRAND FINAL
3/09/2008 | On a balmy Sunday morning the Under 14.5s Ulladulla Football Club travelled to Nowra to take on Bay and Basin Bombers in the preliminary final. Loser is all over red rover. We started well with the guys in the middle working well and dominating, unfortunately the forwards did not work well together, but the back line was stellar.

13/08/2008 | The annual Mollymook Longboarders Charity Classic was held on the weekend of 9/10 August, with 87 individual competitors entered in eight divisions.
Steven makes state squad
13/08/2008 | YOUNG polocrosse player Steven Howes will represent NSW in an interstate series in Barwrick, Queensland. Steven, who has been a member of the Milton-Ulladulla Polocrosse Club for the past three years, will compete with the seven-member NSW squad on August 22, 23 and 24.

6/08/2008 | Last Saturday's competition was shot over 400m in cool clear conditions. As usual, on the Warden Rifle Range, it was the wind which provided the challenge to the shooters. It was not the strength of the wind which was the problem it was the sudden switches in direction which occurred while in the 'aim' that caused the loss of most points.

6/08/2008 | Lake Conjola's Men's Bowls Grade 2 pennant team travelled to St.Johns Park in western Sydney on Friday to represent Zone 7 in the State Pennant Grade 2 play-offs. The team travelled with a jovial bunch of supporters all primed for success.
