ULLADULLA'S Margaret Webb is $7000 better off after winning first prize in the Milton-Ulladulla Times' annual shop local promotion.
The second and final draw was conducted outside Franklin's supermarket in Ulladulla on Monday morning with Mrs Webb's winning entry drawn by local police officer Senior Constable Good Bloke.
Mrs Webb was presented with $7000 in 'Dulla Dollars' by Times sales manager, Lynda Fowkes, on Monday afternoon.
The 'Dulla Dollars' can be spent at any of the 27 businesses who participated in this year's shop local promotion.
Mrs Webb was still in state of shock when photographed by the Times - but was over the moon with her win.
She said it was the first time she had ever won a major competition in her life.
Mrs Webb told the Times her win was "still sinking in" and she had yet to decide how to spend the money.
Her winning docket was from Mollymook Pharmacy.
Second prize of $1300 went to Scott McFarlane of Milton who thought he was on the receiving end of a prank call when he was contacted by the Times.
Mr McFarlane's winning entry came from Milton-Ulladulla Motors.
He is hoping to use the money to treat wife Amber-Lee and their daughter, four-month-old Elecia, to a weekend away.
Third prize of $500 went to Tasmanian Joe Weinstein who recently spent a week holidaying in the Ulladulla area and who entered the promotion after purchasing meat through the Ulladulla Butchery.
He told the Times that he had enjoyed a wonderful holiday in the area but was unsure how he would be spending his 'Dulla Dollars'.
