3/09/2008 | Last Sunday, as promised, the weather was perfect for running with a downhill course and a helpful tail wind, what more could you want?
As we jogged up to the start line several comments were made about the uphill and the strong wind we were all struggling into, we took comfort in the fact that all would be well in the actual race.

We started well with the guys in the middle working well and dominating, unfortunately the forwards did not work well together, but the back line was stellar.
